Users must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. If you are under 18, you may use the website only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
3. Orders & Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, suspicious transactions, or incorrect customer details. In case of cancellation after payment, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Delivery Time, Charges & Pre-Order Policy
Standard Delivery Timeline:
Dhaka: 2–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days.
Standard Delivery Charges:
Dhaka: 80 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 140 BDT.
Pre-Order Policy:
Certain items are available on a pre-order basis with delivery time of 20–25 working days. A 30% advance payment of the product price is mandatory to confirm pre-orders. Remaining payment must be completed before delivery. Pre-order timelines may vary due to supplier delays, customs clearance, or international shipping issues. Advance payments for confirmed pre-orders are non-refundable unless the product becomes unavailable.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive for pricing accuracy; however, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund payments.
6. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional campaigns, discount offers, and promo codes are subject to specific terms. Promo codes must be valid and used within the specified time period. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.
7. Product Description
We attempt to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur due to photography or manufacturer updates. If a product is defective or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 working days after product inspection and approval.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Refund timelines depend on the payment method used.
10. Payment Methods
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit/Credit Cards, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Online Banking. Whizzy World reserves the right to verify payments before order processing.
11. User Account & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
12. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the website by spreading harmful content, uploading malicious software, providing false information, or violating any applicable laws of Bangladesh.
13. Fraud & Suspicious Activity
We monitor transactions for fraud prevention. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be canceled. Accounts found engaging in fraudulent behavior may be suspended or permanently blocked.
14. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, graphics, text, images, and website design are the property of Whizzy World. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
15. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external websites.
16. Limitation of Liability
Whizzy World shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
