3. Card Information Security

Whizzy World does not store your Credit/Debit Card number, CVV, PIN, or expiry date on our servers. Payment information is collected only during the transaction session. Risk Management and Fraud Management Systems of banks or payment gateways may store necessary data to ensure fraud prevention and secure processing.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

You may choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.

Steps for COD Orders:
1. Select 'Cash on Delivery' as your payment option.
2. Our Customer Care team may call you to verify your order details.
3. After confirmation, your order will be processed for shipment.
4. You must pay the total amount in cash to the courier partner at the time of delivery.

5. EMI Option

EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) payment option is currently not available.

6. Refund of Payment

If you selected Cash on Delivery and the order was not delivered, no refund is required as no payment was made.

For payments made via Credit/Debit Card, MFS, or Internet Banking, refunds will be processed to the original payment method according to our Return & Refund Policy.
